All artwork should be in CMYK colour space to ensure accurate colour reproduction. RGB files may appear differently when printed.

Yes, please add a 3mm bleed on all sides of your design. This ensures that no important details are accidentally cut off during trimming and helps achieve a clean, edge-to-edge finish. Keep all essential text and graphics at least 5mm away from the edges to avoid them being cropped.

For the best results, your files should be at 300 DPI. Low-resolution images may appear pixelated or blurry when printed.

If you require modifications, such as resizing, colour changes, or minor edits, please mention this in your order notes. Certain design changes may incur an additional fee.

If you’ve noticed a mistake in your artwork after uploading, there may be no need for a refund—simply send us a message with the corrected file as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we can replace the file and proceed with the updated artwork. However, once production has started, changes cannot be made, and refunds will not be available for customer-supplied errors. If the mistake is on our end, we will amend or replace the order at no extra cost.
